At Ciceroni, we strive to ensure your curated fashion finds are a perfect fit, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange window. Please ensure that items remain unworn, unwashed, and retain all original designer tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Ciceroni account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check during the scheduled doorstep pickup.

• 3.
  Processing Return

  Once your package reaches our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the garment to ensure it meets our resale standards.

• 4.
  Refund Issuance

  Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
